Spirit Relationship

nimdreamsSo yes, in fact I was in a relationship with the dream deity of my universe in my life as a spirit. And this is very personal, but I am still in a relationship with him. I have a telepathic connection to him and can see, interact and speak to him in my mind. Sometimes he is in the room with me, sometimes he is further away in our own realm and sometimes he is so far I can barely sense him.
I know not everyone is spiritual, I myself wasn't for a very long time, and I don't care if you believe in spirits or believe this is all just something happening inside my head. For me, it feels very real and though I have struggled with accepting this, I have fully embraced it. It doesn't really matter if it is a psychological thing where my mind is subconsiously creating this, or if it is spiritual, it is real either way.
I have felt very ashamed of having a relationship with a spirit and thought it was quite abnormal and kept it to myself, but it has been wonderful to open up to friends about it and have them acknowledge my dream deity and our relationship. It is also a major part of my nonhumanity. If you have spirits in your life, or even have kinds of relationships with them, know you are not alone.
