nimdreamsA little update on me:
Calling myself a fox spirit/soul beside a star spirit had been going really well. I am finally starting to understand what being polykin can mean to me and what it is like for me. Just because I identify spiritually as a fox, doesn't mean my experiences as a star aren't there. This has lead me to think about my dog identity again, as a Golden Retriever, and realizing if all those experiences and feelings are there, I don't have to call myself dog-hearted instead. I don't have to push away that identity and label it a kithtype, I am allowed to use these labels simultaneously.
So I guess that is my next step. I am going to identify as all 3 of these, a fox spirit/soul alterhuman, a star otherkin and a Golden Retriever therian.
